How a group booking works
Send us your dates, pickup and drop-off points, passenger numbers and luggage. We propose the mix of vehicles and confirm a fixed price per vehicle in US dollars. Before the day, we confirm the schedule and pickup points with you. For airport groups, we track each flight and adjust pickups to match.
Luggage and equipment
Passenger numbers are the maximum for each vehicle. Groups with large suitcases, sports kit or exhibition material may need a larger vehicle or an extra one, so include luggage when you request a quote.
