What the chauffeur role involves

Black Drive chauffeurs drive airport transfers, hourly bookings, city-to-city trips, corporate travel, events and group transportation. A typical airport pickup means checking the flight status before leaving, meeting the passenger in arrivals, helping with luggage and driving directly to the address, on time and in a clean, well-presented vehicle.

Passengers include executives, families with young children, travel groups and event guests, so discretion, clear communication and calm, safe driving matter on every trip. Read how professional chauffeurs are selected and the qualities of a professional chauffeur to see the standards passengers expect.

Assignments range from short airport runs to full days by the hour and long-distance city-to-city transfers. Each pickup starts with the booking details, such as the flight number, child seats, extra stops or the passenger's preferences. Passengers expect their chauffeur to know the route, keep to the agreed pickup time and keep conversation to what the passenger wants.
