What happens if a flight is delayed?

When flight details are included in the booking, we use flight-aware pickup planning where available and adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time.

Can you handle special requests?

Yes. Tell us about child seats, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, extra luggage, meet-and-greet or VIP requirements when you book, and we will confirm availability. See child car seat transfers.

Can you manage multi-city bookings?

Yes. One team can coordinate transfers across several cities in the same itinerary, so you have one point of contact for the whole trip.

What is the cancellation policy for partner bookings?

Our standard policy gives a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup. Contracted partners may have different agreed terms. Read our cancellation policy.
