Thank you for booking with BlackDrive, a premium transportation service by TLR Limousines Corp. Please carefully review the instructions below to ensure a smooth and stress-free transfer experience.
1. Stay Contactable
Please ensure you are reachable on the mobile number or email address provided at the time of booking. If you are delayed at baggage claim or customs, we may attempt to contact you. If you are using airport Wi-Fi, make sure your email notifications are enabled.
2. After You Land – Meet & Greet
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please proceed to the designated meeting point.
If your booking includes Meet & Greet, your chauffeur will be waiting inside the arrivals area holding a name board with the lead passenger’s name.
3. Can’t Find Your Driver?
First, try contacting your assigned chauffeur or local supplier directly — their number will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you are unable to reach them, please contact BlackDrive Support immediately using the contact details below.
4. If Your Flight Arrives Early
If your flight lands ahead of schedule, please wait at the meeting point until your confirmed pick-up time. Our drivers are scheduled based on the original flight arrival time and availability.
5. Waiting Time Policy
Airport Pick-ups: 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Non-Airport Pick-ups (e.g., hotels, residences): 15 minutes of free waiting time.
If this time is exceeded, additional waiting charges may apply or the driver may leave.
6. Transfers to the Airport
For airport drop-offs, please ensure your pickup time allows:
At least 3 hours before an international flight
At least 2 hours before a domestic flight
BlackDrive and its partners are not responsible for missed flights due to incorrect or late pickup times selected during booking.
7. Flight Monitoring & Delays
Your flight will be tracked using the flight number provided. In case of delays, our team will attempt to adjust your pickup time.
This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.
8. Flight Changes or Cancellations
If your flight changes or is cancelled, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer; however, changes within 48 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
