Before you book a chauffeur
Have these details ready so everything is complete the first time:
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, including terminal, building name or unit number
- Date and pickup time, or your flight number for airport pickups
- Number of passengers and pieces of luggage
- Any child seats, extra stops or special requests, added under "Add stops or details"
- A mobile number for the passenger on the day
If the trip is for someone else, such as a visiting executive or a family member, include the passenger's name and mobile number in the trip notes so the chauffeur can reach them directly.
After you enter your trip, the details carry straight into checkout, where you choose the vehicle and confirm. For airport pickups, flight tracking means the pickup follows the real landing time if your flight is early or late, and free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before pickup.
