How a booking works
- Book your ride online, in the Black Drive app or with our team, and choose a vehicle class.
- See your price before you pay. Prices are per vehicle and depend on the vehicle class, distance and time. The price is fixed when you book, in USD.
- Receive your confirmation with the pickup instructions and, before the trip, your chauffeur’s details.
- Travel with your chauffeur. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time if it lands early or late.
Our ride types:
- Airport transfers: meet and greet in arrivals with flight tracking.
- City to city: private, door-to-door journeys between cities, an alternative to short flights or trains.
- By the hour: a car and chauffeur on standby for meetings, multi-stop days and events.
- Corporate and events: delegations, roadshows, conferences and gala evenings, coordinated as one booking.
Vehicle classes
- Standard and business sedans: Tesla, Cadillac or similar, for everyday business and airport journeys.
- First class: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Genesis or similar for VIP arrivals. In Toronto, the Rolls-Royce Phantom and Cullinan are available with a chauffeur.
- SUVs: Lincoln Aviator, Cadillac Escalade or similar for families, groups and extra luggage.
- Vans and coaches: Sprinter vans for up to 14 passengers, minibuses for up to 28 and executive coaches for 45 to 56.

Asad Alam, Founder & CEO
Asad Alam is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the aviation, travel and hospitality industries. He founded Black Drive in 2015 and leads the company from its head office in Milton, Ontario, working with the team in the UAE and Thailand.
That background in aviation and hospitality shapes how Black Drive works: chauffeurs follow each flight, meet passengers inside arrivals and treat every ride as part of the traveller's whole trip, not a single drive.
