Please read the following important terms and conditions (“Terms”) before purchasing any services on our website or app, and check that they contain everything you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to. By placing an order, you specifically agree to be bound by the terms contained in this document.
Your attention is particularly drawn to clause 8 of these Terms.
These Terms set out:-
Your legal rights and responsibilities;
Our legal rights and responsibilities; and
Certain key information required by law.
In these Terms:
‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means TLR Limousines Corp, marketed as BlackDrive, with head office located at 414 Hobbs Crescent, Milton, Ontario, Canada, L9T 0J1, +1 647 614 7984;
‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person, traveler, or third-party partner such as an Online Travel Agency (OTA) using our site or app to buy services from us;
‘App’ means the mobile application BlackDrive which can be downloaded through the Apple Store or Google Play;
‘Consumer’ means a person buying services for their or another person’s personal use;
‘Business Customer’ means a party buying our services wholly or mainly for use in connection with a trade, business, craft or profession, even if they are an individual;
‘Commission’ means charges at the rate of 8% on the sums payable to the Carriers for their services, not including applicable taxes, subject to change with 14 days’ notice;
‘Contract’ means a contract between you and us as described in clause 4.3;
‘Carriers’ means transportation service providers as described in clause 3.1;
‘Order’ means a request for transportation services from a Carrier on the terms selected by you;
‘Pro Services’ means services as described in clause 3.4;
‘Search Result’ means information relating to the Carriers and charges summarized by us on receipt of your request for transportation services, as described in clause 4.1;
‘Services’ mean a collective of services available to you as described in clauses 3.1 to 3.3 inclusively;
‘Transportation Time’ means the proposed date and time of your travel for which you require the services of a Carrier.

If you buy services on our site or app, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to each purchase made.

TLR Limousines Corp, marketed as BlackDrive, is a Canadian corporation with its head office at 414 Hobbs Crescent, Milton, Ontario, Canada, L9T 0J1. We are not currently registered for GST/HST.

3. Services
3.1 We are an intermediary online platform allowing users, including but not limited to registered users, general customers, travelers, and third-party partners such as OTAs, to access transportation service providers available to carry out a transportation request for any specified date, time, and location. These providers (“Carriers”) have contracted with us to deliver transportation services subject to availability and agreement on fees.
3.2 Our platform allows you to search for transportation options according to your selected criteria. You will be able to view Carrier details and estimated charges. This service is free of charge to all users.
3.3 Once you choose a Carrier, we facilitate the booking of transportation services on your behalf. Prices shown include our Commission but exclude HST/GST or equivalent taxes.
3.4 Our Pro Services involve selecting the most suitable Carrier based on your preferences, Carrier performance history, and pricing. We oversee the service delivery and manage communication throughout the booking.
3.5 Clauses 3.1 to 3.4 collectively define the “Services.” Clause 3.4 defines the “Pro Services.”
3.6 We deliver our Services with reasonable care and within a reasonable time. We do not provide transportation services ourselves.
4. Ordering Services from Us
4.1 You initiate a search by entering your travel criteria. You will receive a list of Carriers with estimated charges (“Search Result”). These prices include our Commission but exclude applicable taxes.
4.2 Once you choose a Carrier, we confirm availability and final pricing. You will then pay for the service, which constitutes an “Order.”
4.3 A legally binding contract is formed once we send you a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”).
4.4 We may decline your order for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. You will receive a full refund as outlined in clause 4.6.
4.5 Carrier fees are held until service completion, at which point we disburse payment to the Carrier.
4.6 Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to alternative accounts due to anti-money laundering regulations.
4.7 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform.
5. Payment
5.1 Accepted payment methods will be listed on the checkout page.
5.2 We use encrypted payment systems. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access unless we are negligent.
5.3 Payment is due upon order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
5.4 Credit/debit card payments require issuer authorization.
5.5 Late payments may incur 8% interest annually over the Bank of Canada base rate.
5.6 These terms do not affect your right to cancel during the cooling-off period under clauses 6 and 7.
5.7 Payments are processed in the currency selected at checkout.
6. Right to Change or Cancel
6.1 Clauses 6.2–6.6 apply to Consumers. Clauses 6.7–6.10 apply to all users.
6.2 You may cancel within 14 days unless the service is scheduled within that period or has already been performed.
6.3 The 14-day cancellation period begins upon conclusion of the Contract.
6.4 To cancel, contact us by email or live chat. You may use a cancellation form.
6.5 You may request us to start service within the 14-day period. If you do, you waive your cancellation rights once the service is completed.
6.6 If transportation is scheduled or completed within the 14-day period, cancellation rights are forfeited.
6.7 You may modify or cancel a booking up to 48 hours before Transportation Time. Changes are subject to Carrier approval and may incur additional charges.
6.8 Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
6.9 We retain our Commission for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. Remaining amounts will be refunded per clause 4.6.
6.10 These clauses do not affect your rights for defective services.
6.11 If a Carrier cancels, we will attempt to find an alternative. If not possible, you will receive a full refund as per clause 4.6.
7. Your Responsibilities
7.1 You must be on time for pick-up.
7.2 Delays may void your contract without refund:
- More than 1 hour late from an airport
- More than 15 minutes late from a hotel
- More than 5 minutes late from other locations
7.3 Inappropriate or illegal conduct results in cancellation without refund and may lead to legal action.
7.4 All communication must be through our official channels.
7.5 Contract termination does not relieve your payment obligations.
8. Limitation on Our Liability
8.1 We are not liable for:
- Unforeseeable losses
- Losses not caused by our breach
- Business losses or any losses to Business Customers
8.2 We are not liable for Carrier actions or omissions. If a Carrier fails to provide the confirmed service, you will be refunded in full.
9. Third-Party Rights
Only parties to this contract have enforcement rights.
10. Disputes
10.1 Contact us first for any disputes.
10.2 Canadian law applies to this contract.
10.3 Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
10.4 Your contract with Carriers may be governed by local laws.
Welcome to BlackDrive, a premium ground transportation service by TLR Limousines Corp. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with valid payment information.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
Rates may vary based on location, time, or vehicle type.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Passenger Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and travel information.
Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.
Ensure you comply with our waiting time policy.
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
4. Service Limitations
BlackDrive is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, road closures).
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons.
5. Liability
BlackDrive is not liable for indirect losses or missed connections caused by delays beyond our control.
Any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the service date.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review the latest version on our website before booking.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
