Cancellation Policy.

At BlackDrive, operated by TLR Limousines Corp, we are committed to providing premium, punctual, and reliable ground transportation services. We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations fairly and transparently.

1. How Can I Cancel My Reservation?

You may cancel your reservation in one of the following ways:

Via our website:

  • Registered users: Log in and select “Cancel My Reservation” from your dashboard.

  • Non-registered users: Use the cancellation link included in the confirmation email you received upon booking.

Via email:
Send your cancellation request to cancellation@blackdrive.com using the same email address you used to book. You’ll receive an automated reply with a secure link to complete the cancellation process.

Note: Cancellations are only processed once confirmed through the provided link or via the cancellation interface.

2. Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Policy

To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Service Start Time.

Refund Options (when canceled 24+ hours in advance):

  • Refund to the original payment method (credit/debit card).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable, and the full fare will be charged. This applies to all bookings and vehicle types.

Exception: BlackDrive reserves the right to make exceptions for documented emergencies, at our sole discretion.

3. Service Disruption Due to Provider Issues

If BlackDrive or one of our service partners cannot fulfill your confirmed booking due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver emergency), you will be offered:

  • An alternate equivalent vehicle (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund.

All refund or compensation claims must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled service date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Events

BlackDrive shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public demonstrations or road closures

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Government restrictions or public health emergencies

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with alternative arrangements, but refunds or compensation are not guaranteed.

5. Credit Card Processing & Disputes

All payments are securely processed through our third-party provider, Stripe. After booking, you’ll receive a payment confirmation by email. Refunds (if applicable) are returned to your original payment method or your BlackDrive Wallet within 3–5 business days.

If you experience any issues with billing or service delivery, please contact us immediately at support@blackdrive.com. We encourage you to reach out to us before initiating any chargebacks, so we can resolve the matter promptly.

6. Modifications & Amendments

This Cancellation Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the latest version available on our website before making or canceling a reservation.
